Memorandum of Al-Faran Educational & Welfare Society

The Society was established to strive for the improvement of the economic, educational, moral, and cultural conditions of the poor and to help develop their overall personality.

It aims to establish schools, madrasas, colleges, and other educational institutions to provide modern and religious education to the underprivileged, and to manage them under Article (30) of the Constitution of India.

The Society provides education according to the curriculum of the Arabic and Persian Boards and the Dars-e-Nizami system to the students of Madrasa Faran Tahfizul Quran and Madrasa Al-Maahadul Islami, both run under the Al-Faran Educational and Welfare Society. In addition, proper management has been made to operate the Azmi Charitable Hospital and to develop the Aman Colony Housing Project, which provides safe and secure homes for poor and homeless families.

The objective is to raise the mental, economic, and physical standards of individuals so that they may become true Muslims, good citizens, and peace-loving members of society contributing to the unity and development of the nation.

The Society also works to safeguard the rights of minorities as guaranteed by the Constitution of India.

It seeks to establish orphanages and hostels for poor and helpless students and to provide scholarships to deserving, talented students who lack financial support.

The Society functions under the guidance and inspiration of the esteemed Islamic scholar and writer Maulana Dr. Saeed Al-Azmi Al-Nadwi, Editor-in-Chief of the monthly Al-Ba’th Al-Islami and Principal of Jamia Nadwatul Ulama, Lucknow.

  • Name of Society: This society will be called as "Al-Faran Educational and Welfare Society".
  • Registered office of the society: The Registered office of the society will be situated at Haqiqatpur, Maunath Bhanjan, Mau,(U.P),INDIA .
  • Work area of society: The work area of the society will cover whole India.
  • Objectives: The society will undertake the following objectives.

(1) To improve the economic, educational, moral, and cultural standards of underprivileged individuals and help them grow into confident, responsible members of society.

(2) To establish and manage schools, madrasas, colleges, and other educational institutions that offer both modern and religious education, in accordance with Article 30 of the Indian Constitution.

(3) To provide Islamic and academic education based on the curriculum of Arabic, Hifz-ul-Qur’an, Persian Board, and Dars-e-Nizami to students of Madrasa Faran Tahfizul Quran and Madrasa Al-Maahadul Islami, and to ensure the efficient operation and development of Azmi Hospital.

(4) To enhance the mental, economic, and physical well-being of individuals so they may become practicing, responsible citizens, and promoters of peace and national unity.

(5) To protect and uphold the constitutional rights of minorities as enshrined in the Constitution of India.

(6) To establish orphanages and hostels for poor and destitute students, and to provide scholarships and financial support to meritorious students lacking economic means.

(7) To offer legal, financial, and humanitarian assistance to the poor, helpless, and orphaned, and to take all necessary steps to support their welfare.

(8) To promote harmony, compassion, and mutual respect among people of different languages, regions, and religious communities.

(9) To organize seminars, conferences, and awareness campaigns to promote the importance of universal education and social development.

(10) To raise funds and accept lawful donations or contributions for the execution of the society’s objectives, and to ensure that all resources are utilized ethically, transparently, and effectively.

(11) To operate and expand the society, its branches, and affiliated institutions in accordance with the rules, regulations, and by-laws of the society.
